Nutrisol® DS5 (Sodium salt of poly-naphthalene sulfonic acid) NASO4 CONTENT <5% Is a high range water reducer, high concentrate naphthalene-based super-plasticizer, also named Naphthalene Sulfonate Formaldehyde Condensate (NSF), SNF, PNS, etc.. Nutrisol® DS5 superplasticizer is made of naphthalene, sulfuric acid, formalin and alkali, through sulphuration, hydroxylation, and condensation and neutralization reaction. Nutrisol® DS5 contains no chloride. Thus, it meets the requirements of chemical admixture specifications for concrete: ASTM C 494, Type F; ASTM C 1017, GB8076-1997 and GB50119-2003.

Nutrisol® PCE50 is a polymer based on a new generation of polycarboxylates, which provides a high water reduction. Developed mainly for applications on ready-mix and precast concrete industries where greater durability and performance are required. This ready-to-use liquid super plasticizer greatly improves initial water reduction compared to existing super plasticizers based only on polycarboxylates. It is a type 3 super plasticizer for cement-based materials. It is also an excellent dispersant plasticizer, suitable for gypsum and other ceramic or mineral materials. Nutrisol® PCE50 is also a super plasticizer for high-performance concrete, high-strength concrete, high-volume fly ash or slag concrete, and self leveling grouts or mortars. Nutrisol® PCR50 improves the performance of the rest of the super plasticizers used in the mixture, increasing the adaptation of the latter to the cement and extending time workability. Reduces bleeding, and viscosity, improves pumping. Like its peers, it is a polymer based on a new generation of polycarboxylates, in this case providing greater workability from a controlled setting delay. Its main applications are in the ready-mix and precast concrete industries where greater durability and performance are required. It is a ready-to-use liquid super plasticizer, which greatly improves water reduction. Nutrisol® PCR50 recommended also in the formulation of high performance additives, since it improves resistance and performance, by acting on fluidity.
