Office size depends a lot of the number of employees, layout (open space or closed offices), additional rooms needed (meeting rooms, lounge areas, etc), and if you are planning for growth. In the case of a closed office layout, you would need approx. 10 sq m per person and then add the additional rooms on top. On the other hand with a co-working open space layout, you can fit more people in a smaller sized office or could have larger entertaining areas if needed. Also note that if you are planning to grow in a short period of time, it would be better to rent a larger office since agreements are usually signed for a long term, and changing offices is costly/time consuming.
