This product is the Aqueous juice extracted from olives and leaves, which contains polyphenols from organic olive trees in high concentrations and is made from the water-soluble part of the olive obtained during the grinding process. Olive trees of the Arróniz variety have a high concentration of polyphenols in their leaves and fruits. They are harvested at their optimal level of ripeness, to keep all the aromas and flavors intact. Suitable for consumption in adequate doses by adding it to juices, infusions and jellies of any type at a rate of about 10 g per liter (One tablespoon per liter) and its inclusion in other foods and food supplements, by accredited producers.

Seasoning for finished dishes. Its natural black truffle flavor and aroma is unique, very penetrating and intense and awakens all kinds of sensations and interest. Simply add a few drops of our oil seasoning to the food to achieve a truffle accent on the dish. The oil is obtained by mechanical procedures and cold extraction, decanted in tanks at low temperature and bottled without filtering, so it is characterized by its "natural turbidity" and by keeping all its properties and vitamins intact.
