This organic craft beer is made from barley grown among our Arróniz variety olive trees, malted using 100% organic processes, with organic hops produced in our region and olive juice with polyphenols from organic olive trees, made from the water-soluble part of the olive. The fermentation and production processes used to elaborate this ALCOHOL-FREE beer meet the requirements of the European Regulation of Organic Production, being totally respectful with the Environment, within the concept of Circular Economy practiced by Biosasun and the Master Brewers with whom it collaborates. Our beer contains OLIVE POLYPHENOLS, natural bioactive compounds with antioxidant capacity, capable of preventing functional and structural alterations of various diseases, as well as contributing to the maintenance of health.
