It is obtained directly from Arróniz variety olives harvested at the right moment, by mechanical procedures and cold pressing. The fermentation and production processes used to elaborate this beer comply with the requirements of the European Regulation of Organic Production, being totally respectful with the Environment, within the concept of Circular Economy that Biosasun and the Master Brewers with whom it collaborates practice.
