Seasoning for finished dishes. Its natural black truffle flavor and aroma is unique, very penetrating and intense and awakens all kinds of sensations and interest. Simply add a few drops of our oil seasoning to the food to achieve a truffle accent on the dish. The oil is obtained by mechanical procedures and cold extraction, decanted in tanks at low temperature and bottled without filtering, so it is characterized by its "natural turbidity" and by keeping all its properties and vitamins intact. It is then subjected to a pasteurization and concentration process to ensure the stability, characteristics and microbiology of the product. The processes are carried out by means of mechanical procedures and in a short time, in order not to deteriorate the polyphenols. The Arróniz variety olive trees have a high concentration of polyphenols in their leaves and fruits. They are harvested at their optimum degree of maturation, in order to keep all the aromas and flavors intact. Suitable for consumption in adequate doses and its inclusion in other foods and food supplements, by accredited processors.

Oleohealth® water kefir is a delicious and healthy drink thanks to the presence of live microorganisms (kefir culture) and our olive polyphenols. It is made thanks to the fermentation of the live water kefir culture combined with our olive juice. The result is a lightly carbonated beverage, low in calories and sugars. There is less than 2% sugar* in each bottle. This sugar* is consumed by the probiotic cultures (strains of the genera Lactococcus, Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium) to grow. In this way, we combine the qualities of a yogurt with bifidus and an isotonic soft drink without the nutritional problems derived from dairy products or the sugars and sweeteners that are usually added. It is a living soft drink that is not pasteurized. Specifically, the leaves of black tea flavored with bergamot oil (tea known as Earl Grey variety) are cold macerated and probiotic cultures (strains of the genera Lactococcus, Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium) are added along with the sugar* used for their growth.
